UPLOAD ARTWORK

During the production process, our project management team monitors each project step by step to ensure that we meet quality and delivery requirements.

Please check our acceptable file formats listed below. Then follow the upload instructions below.
Acceptable File Formats (Artwork/Graphics)
Vector Files (Preferred)
- AI
- EPS
Raster Files – Be aware that Raster-based files need to be of sufficient resolution or pixels will loose resolution when enlarged resulting in a pixelated image.
- PSD
- TIF
- JPG
- BMP
Acceptable File Formats (Text/Documents)
- Microsoft Word, Powerpoint or Excel
- Text (.txt)
- Pictures of .png or .gif format
Please Do Not Send these File Formats
We do not accept Corel Draw, Publisher, or Paint files at this time.)
PLEASE NOTE: For signs with large amounts of text, we will accept any MS Office file for submitting verbiage only and will format your text in our design software. Additional fees may be incurred.
TO UPLOAD ARTWORK
INSTRUCTIONS
- Go to WeTransfer.com
- Click UPLOAD Button
- Navigate to the ADD YOUR FILES window on the left side of the WeTransfer Page
- Select the Blue + Button and add your files (Artwork and/or Text Documents) from your computer.
- Fill in Email to info@universalsignandgraphics.com
- Fill in Email Address with your email address to receive a notification when your file has been received by out team.
- Click Transfer
